The Princess of Brainfarts and Under-finished Side Projects

As a graphic designer, I live in my computer way too much. I still work a lot with printed material but while paper is extremely satisfying, there's something about the rhythm, motion, and therapeutic nature of hand making works of art. I've readopted my love of handmade exercises and projects since losing time for them some ten years ago when I went to college then got a job then got married and now have a kid. I'm excited to share all of my ideas and ambitions for future unfinished projects here! Truly, some of the best times are had on the journey regardless of making it to the destination. I'm getting better at losing weight and I'm totally starting to love being in my late twenties. I enjoy almost every minute of my attention deficit and daily battle to feel accomplished as an artist, wife, and full-time working mother of an infant. I take comfort in assuming you understand.

For the projects I actually finish, there will be much documentation and fanfare! If you finish a project, I'd love to showcase it for you. I live for with my camera and enjoy keeping historical records of entertaining events, however mundane they may immediately appear.

The fail whale lives in my kitchen except when I take to baking.
The hubby and I hiking Haleakala crater on Maui.
My average mood when I get enough sleep.
39 weeks preggo (November 2010)
Losing a frowning contest with my baby.
My new roommate that I want to finish projects for.

Without further ado, I'm off to find something creative to procrastinate about. Well, maybe I'll do that later.

Sincerely,
Fartsy McArtsy
